Return Policy
If within 45 days of the purchase date, you decide that you do not want to keep the Zinckit product(s), please return the product to us for a refund. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt, a full credit will be issued for the retail price of the purchase less the original shipping charges. Before returning the product, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization Number. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. This can be accomplished with a simple phone call to our toll-free number 1-866-946-2548 or an email sent to info@ZincKit.com.
Privacy Policy
Information gathered by this site is kept strictly confidential and is intended for our use (in the order and follow-up process) only. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, nor will it be sold as part of a contact or "opt-in" list. The above applies to all customers, as well as any visitors to our site. This policy covers all information including, but not limited to, all order details, email list sign-ups, gift certificates, and any phone or email correspondence with our customer service department.
When an order is placed on our site, an email is automatically sent confirming the receipt and the details of the order. Please be aware that this does not mean that your order has been processed. It only confirms the receipt of the information and assigns a purchase order number for your reference. You may want to make a copy of your order or save this email, since this is the only order copy that we send. We do not pack invoices inside our packages unless directed by the purchaser. After the shipment is completed, you will receive one additional email referencing the tracking number for your shipment.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping:
- If you choose Standard Delivery (Priority Mail, UPS Ground, etc.) your order should arrive within 3-5 business days.
- If you have chosen Expedited Service, your order should arrive within one to two days.
- If Overnight Service is desired, please contact us toll-free at 877-831-2737.
International Shipping:
- If you live outside of the United States and have chosen Standard Shipping most orders should arrive within a maximum of 10-14 business days from the date of placement.
- If you have chosen Expedited Service, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days.
- If you require a more rapid delivery service for your shipment, please contact us via email at info@ZincKit.com.
- Currently we ship to every country in the world with the following exceptions; Belarus, Burma, Cuba, Democratic Republic Of The Congo, Iran, Liberia, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, and Zimbabwe.
Payment Options
- You can pay for your purchase with any of the following credit or debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or JCB.
- You may also pay with a Money Order. If you are sending an International Money Order, please add an additional $8.00 for processing charges.
- Payment may also be made via Western Union or MoneyGram.
- We, also accept Personal Checks, though there will be a five day delay upon receipt for check clearance purposes.
Enabling/Deleting Cookies
If an error has occurred in the checkout phase of your ordering process, there could be a few contributing factors. One could be that during the ordering phase your session may have "timed out". From the moment that you enter the shopping cart, a total of 30 minutes is allotted to complete the order. Another, possibility, may relate to your "Cookies" settings.
If you are using Internet Explorer in order to enable your "Cookies," click on the tools tab at the top of any open window (not your mailbox). Within this area, please click on the Internet Options tab. Within this new menu, select the Privacy entry at the top. Clicking upon this selection will offer you the opportunity to customize your cookie options. Click on the advanced button, then check the override cookie handling box. All that you need to do at this point is check the accept boxes in both the first party cookie and third party cookie columns. In addition, check the always allow session cookies box at the bottom. Once this has been completed, click Okay and exit the windows.
To delete your "Cookies", click on the tools tab at the top of any open window (not your mailbox). Within this area, click on the Internet Options tab. Here you will find a button that reads Delete Cookies. Click on this button. Please note that it may take a minute or more for this activity to be completed.
